If covered pests come back between visits on a recurring plan, so do we — free.
If Pests Come Back, So Do We
The Waves Guarantee covers recurring service plans: pest control, lawn care, mosquito, and tree & shrub. If a covered pest comes back between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge, as often as it takes. If we can’t resolve a covered problem after a fair chance, we refund your most recent service payment. Plans are month-to-month, so you stay because the service works, not because a contract says so.
What the Guarantee Covers
- Free re-treats between visits. On a recurring plan, if covered pests show up between scheduled visits, tell us and we’ll come back at no extra charge. We aim to be there the same week, and often the same day if you call before noon.
- Your money back if we can’t fix it. If a covered problem is still there after a fair chance to resolve it, we refund your most recent service payment.
- No long-term contract. Recurring plans are month-to-month, with no cancellation fee.
- Lawn plans: thicker, greener turf in 90 days. If your lawn isn’t thicker and greener within 90 days of starting the program, we re-treat at no charge. If a covered weed, insect, or disease problem comes back between visits, we come back for that too.
- No surprise charges. The price we quote is the price you pay for the service we quoted.
What It Doesn’t Cover
- One-time treatments and inspections. A one-time visit, a bed bug or flea treatment, or an inspection is priced and scheduled on its own terms.
- Termite work. Termite treatment carries no guarantee of its own. A termite bond or warranty is optional, sold separately, and renewable; if you choose one, its written terms are your coverage. The re-treat guarantee doesn’t apply to termite work.
- Pests outside your plan. Each plan lists what it covers. If something new shows up, we’ll tell you what it is and what treating it involves.
- Problems a treatment can’t fix. Structural gaps, leaks, new construction openings, or pests carried in from somewhere else may need repairs or separate treatment first. Some nuisance insects, like lovebugs and the non-biting midges that swarm off retention ponds, aren’t controlled by a perimeter treatment at all. We’ll be straight with you about that up front.
How to Use It
Call (941) 241-1388 or message us from your customer portal. Tell us what you’re seeing and where. We’ll set up a re-treat, and after the visit you’ll get a service report showing what we found and what we did.

Qualifying services are recurring pest control, lawn care, tree & shrub care, mosquito, termite bait, and rodent bait plans. A first-time customer starting a standalone pest control plan pays a one-time initial service fee, waived when a second qualifying service is bundled or with annual prepay. Recurring customers also get 15% off eligible one-time treatments. Members get priority scheduling, a digital service report after every visit, and a $25 credit for every friend they refer who signs up.

What happens if pests come back after a treatment? Call or message us. On a recurring plan, we come back, inspect again, and re-treat at no charge. It’s normal to see more activity for a week or two after a first treatment while hidden pests are flushed out; if it hasn’t dropped after that, the re-treat is free.
Does the guarantee cover every pest? It covers the pests your plan is built for, like ants, roaches, and spiders on a pest plan, or chinch bugs and weeds on a lawn plan. One-time treatments, termite protection, and pests outside your plan aren’t covered by the re-treat guarantee.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes. We’re licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and insured, and our technicians work under that license, as Florida law requires.
Is there fine print? Just what’s on this page. The guarantee covers problems within your plan’s scope that happen between visits. Structural issues, construction gaps, and pests brought in from elsewhere may need separate work, and we’ll always tell you what’s covered before you decide.
